Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book rental equipment?
After browsing our Rental Products page and selecting the equipment that you would like to rent, go to the Request a Quote page.
Once you’ve checked that all your desired rental equipment is in your cart, fill in the Request a Quote form with your first name, last name, email address and rental dates and click Send Your Request.
An email will be sent to us with your quote request. We will then be in touch with you regarding the necessary documentation needed.
After you’ve supplied us with the required documentation, you’re booking has been made!
What documentation do you require from me?
The documentation we require from you to rent from us is the following:
- Copy of your ID or driver’s license
- Copy of proof of address
Where do I need to pick up the rental equipment?
After sending us the required documentation and your booking has been confirmed, we will send you all further collection and payment details.
Urban Tent Rental is located in Plumstead, Cape Town and thus is only available to residents of the Western Cape who are able to collect and return equipment from our premises.
We accept cash and EFT as payment methods and will confirm your payment method once your booking has been finalised.
- Cash payment: By agreement only
- EFT payment: Please email a copy of your proof of payment to urbantentrental@gmail.com to ensure your booking.
